(b 1994). Lex Franchi lives and works in London. She went to Central Saint Martins to study her BA in Fine Art and completed her MFA at the Slade School of Art in 2022, specialising in Sculpture. Franchi’s sculptures, reveal links between the reproductive organs of the female body and lunar cosmology. She creates sculptural and political tools that visualise patterns and cycles of the human body in relation to patterns in nature and how art can bring to light these under-researched connections.
